Final Sale on Sale and Promotion Items: All sale and promotion items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Refunds Before Shipment: A 100% refund of the total order amount can be requested within 24 hours of placing the order. After this time, no refund requests will be accepted as production/processing has started.

Exchanges & Store Credit:
- Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
- We offer exchanges for store credit or an exchange for another product. If the exchanged product has a price difference, the customer is responsible for covering the balance.
- Return Shipping Costs: We will cover the shipping costs for any accepted return or exchange requests made within the 7-day window.
- Any damage or quality issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Reports made after this period will not be accepted.
- Custom, sale, and promotion products are not eligible for returns or exchanges or refunds.

Non-Refundable Items & Refused Delivery: If a customer refuses delivery or does not accept the shipment, the products are non-refundable. We do not issue refunds for items returned due to delivery refusal. Any damage or quality issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Reports made after this period will not be accepted.

Change of Shipping Address: Shipping addresses can be updated within 7 days of placing an order. After this period, shipping address changes will not be accepted.

Digital Products: All digital product purchases are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Handcrafted Disclaimer: Each product is handcrafted, which means slight variations may occur between the item you receive and the product images displayed. As our products are not mass-produced, we conduct multiple quality checks before shipping to ensure they meet our high quality standards prior to sending them to you. Due to lighting and monitor/device settings, colors may appear slightly different.

Damage or Quality Issues
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you experience any damage or quality issues with your item, please report it to us within 5 days of the delivery date.
To initiate a return or exchange for a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team with your order details and photos of the issue.
We will review the issue and provide you with further instructions on how to proceed. Please note that after 5 days from the delivery date, we may no longer be able to process returns or exchanges for damage or quality concerns.
