Return & Exchange Policy

The Flower Wall Company Return & Exchange Policy

  1. Final Sale on Sale and Promotion Items: All sale and promotion items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

  2. Refunds Before Shipment: A 100% refund of the total order amount can be requested within 24 hours of placing the order. After this time, no refund requests will be accepted as production/processing has started.

  3. Exchanges & Store Credit:

    • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
    • We offer exchanges for store credit or an exchange for another product. If the exchanged product has a price difference, the customer is responsible for covering the balance.
    • Return Shipping Costs: We will cover the shipping costs for any accepted return or exchange requests made within the 7-day window. 
    • Custom, sale, and promotion products are not eligible for returns or exchanges or refunds.

  4. Non-Refundable Items & Refused Delivery: If a customer refuses delivery or does not accept the shipment, the products are non-refundable. We do not issue refunds for items returned due to delivery refusal. 

  5. Change of Shipping Address: Shipping addresses can be updated within 7 days of placing an order. After this period, shipping address changes will not be accepted.

  6. Digital Products: All digital product purchases are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

  7. Handcrafted Disclaimer: Each product is handcrafted, which means slight variations may occur between the item you receive and the product images displayed. As our products are not mass-produced, we conduct multiple quality checks before shipping to ensure they meet our high quality standards prior to sending them to you. Due to lighting and monitor/device settings, colors may appear slightly different.
